Hello and a very warm welcome to Divinearts, handmade coin purses. All items listed are designed and handmade by me.
Payment
At this time I can accept only Paypal payments.
All orders must be paid for within three days of purchase.
Shipping
I am based in the UK, therefore items will be shipped via Royal Mail, first class postage. I always obtain a post office stamped proof of posting certificate at time of dispatch. I will always email you on the day your purchase has been dispatched to let you know your package is on its way.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great care with all my bags and always strive towards providing accurate descriptions and photos. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving your bag so that any problems can be resolved.
If you do wish to return any item it must be returned within two weeks of your purchase date, unused. I do not refund shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
All monies will be refunded minus shipping costs and Paypal seller fees.
